Changes to lines 413 Aura-Turku and 415 Oripää-Pöytyä-Aura starting June 2nd

The summer timetable period for Seutu+ regional public transport begins on June 2, 2025. Line 413 Aura-Turku will have fewer departures, and the regional route Oripää-Pöytyä-Aura will be on a summer break. However, the most essential and common work, study, and errand departures will be maintained. Both routes will be operated by Matka-Niinimäki Oy and its partners starting July 1, 2025.

Line 413 Aura-Turku

The current operating contract for line 413 Aura-Turku ends on June 30, 2025. The traffic has been re-tendered by the Southwest Finland ELY Centre and municipalities, and from July 1, 2025, the traffic will be operated by Matka-Niinimäki Oy in cooperation with Valtasen Liikenne Oy. The line can always be identified by the number 413 on the bus.

Summer timetable period brings changes to service frequency

Due to public budget cuts, the number of regional traffic departures has been reduced. The cuts in the Aura line have been targeted at departures that generally had fewer than four passengers. The most essential trips for study, work, and errands have been maintained.

From the beginning of the summer timetable period, there will be fewer trips on the Aura route than before. Currently, 24 departures are operated between Aura and Turku on weekdays, and in the future, 18 departures will be operated. On Saturdays, 14 departures have been operated, and in the future, 8 departures will be operated. On Sundays, 8 departures have been operated, and in the future, 4 departures will be operated. The service frequency on line 413 will remain the same throughout the year.

Changes on line 415 Oripää-Pöytyä-Aura

At the same time as line 413 Aura-Turku was re-tendered, the connection Oripää-Pöytyä-Aura (line 415) was also re-tendered. The line enables three round trips on weekdays, including school and study commuting to Pöytyä and Aura. For passengers continuing to Turku, a transfer to line 413 is guaranteed. The transfer takes place at the stops Aura Yhdystie E (towards Turku) and Aura Yhdystie P (towards Pöytyä and Oripää) in Aura center.

The operation of line 415 will take a summer break starting June 2 and will resume again on August 6.

Ticket co-operation with Föli ends

The Aura line has previously also served customers traveling with Föli tickets in Lieto and Turku. The cooperation with Föli ends on June 30, 2025. It will still be possible use line 413 in Lieto and Turku, but Föli tickets will no longer be accepted as a means of payment. In the future, it will only be possible to travel with Seutu+ tickets on the route.

The end of ticket co-operation affects the departure and arrival points in Turku. This summer, the departure and arrival point for Route 413 Aura-Turku in Turku will still be Puutori. From the beginning of the autumn timetable period on August 6, the Aura-Turku route will use the Turku bus station as both the departure and arrival point.

The summer timetables for line 413 have been published in the journey planner and timetable service on seutuplus.fi. To view the summer timetables, navigate to the Timetables tab in the top menu on the website and select the summer timetable period 2025.

Aura is also served by regional traffic routes between Loimaa and Turku (lines 430-434), which are currently operated by Vuorisen Liikenne Oy and Valtasen Liikenne Oy. Seutu+ series and season tickets are valid on both the Loimaa and Aura routes.
