Timetables and routes

On the Timetables page you will find timetables by line and stop. You can also see the routes of the different lines on the map.

The Journey planner is the easiest way to find the most suitable line between your starting point and your destination.

You can also find the route guide and timetables in the Seutu+ Mobile app under Map.

Late bus or other feedback

The easiest way to send us feedback on issues such as timetables and routes or buses is to use the Feedback Form.

What to do if you have bought the wrong ticket?

If you have accidentally bought the wrong ticket, you can cancel your purchase if the ticket or card has not been used.

If the card has been loaded in the car and you immediately notice that the wrong product has been loaded on the card, you can cancel the loading immediately.

Purchase of travel cards

The easiest way to get a travel card is at a Seutu+ service point. You can find the nearest service point on the Service Points page.

School transport subsidy

The purpose of the school transport subsidy is to provide compensation for the cost of travelling to and from school. It is available to students in upper secondary level educational institutions, including upper secondary schools and institutes of vocational education. More information on the Kela website.

Lost property is taken over by the operators and you can ask the operators directly about it. Contact details and routes can be found on the Operators page.
