The timetable for the morning service on route 612 will change from 17 August

The timetable for the morning service on route 612 Marttila–Tarvasjoki–Lieto–Turku will change from Monday 17 August. In future, the service from Marttila to Turku will depart at 6.20 instead of the current 6.45.

The departure time of the morning service was changed at the beginning of the autumn timetable period so that the connection would better serve upper secondary school students studying in Turku. However, it has since become clear that the later departure time makes it more difficult for vocational students to arrive at their lessons on time.

This impact was not identified when the timetable change was planned. We are therefore restoring the previous timetable for the morning service so that the connection can serve passengers travelling to different educational institutions as well as possible.

We apologise for the timetable changes made within a short period and for the inconvenience caused to passengers.

The change will be updated on the Timetables page and in the journey planner during this week.
